Η Νάνσι Πελόζι έγραψε χαρακτηριστικά: Άλλη μια φορά έχω συγκινηθεί τόσο πολύ με ομιλία σε joint session: Με την ομιλία του πρώην προέδρου της Τσεχίας, Βάτσλαβ Χάβελ.
